long weekend

Welcome and hello!
While all of my fellow Ontarians will be enjoying a long weekend, I will be working my arse off to get things slowly up to speed (finally). There have been some non creative issues that have interfered with my creative process for too long and at the cost of far too much. So my humble people who are still peeking in, I am happy you've had the gumption to hang on. I really think the new stuff will be worth it and the literal blood, sweat & tears that went into getting it to you. I say literal because in the process of setting up my spring loaded photo cube it was apparently too close and too springy. Short version is I've taken the last week to heal up the not so affectionate meeting of the cube as it sprung open and said hello to my face, lol.
That being said, the delays have been numerous and at the ending of the summer and so many other personal things I am back and am planning on it all being so much better than before.

back to school

Back to school here means that I get to get back into production on a much more serious level since I have a few free hours on a regular basis alone again. It also means that I begin to stretch myself beyond limits since I'm juggling my son, every aspect of my creating (from design, production to sales & web stuff), my classes, my practice schedule for PMS, all the housework and anything else life tosses at me. It's always takes a week or two to get it sorted and today has started off as one of those days where multiple small annoyances gang up on me all at once. Not bad for day 2 I guess!

whats in the works

Am working on something I hadn't planned to be but it just seemed to want to happen. It's kind of an offshoot from a plan I have for a OOAK exclusive piece for Gaias Gift that I am working with. I'm going to give them first dibs on it so I'd better get my bunions back to work!

today I did....

So today I did a little more work on my MsNovemberTuesday artfire shop. I'm in the process of cropping and changing my item photos and it isn't as easy task as one thinks. I'm not complaining since the light was lovely that day and it's just a pain to be resizing them for artfire but it's not so bad. I'm also tweaking and revising my plan of attack for my custom order which i will be starting this week. How does that go about the best laid plans.....lololol.
I just wanted to check in and now I'm off to crop a few more photos for tomorrows go at it.
